We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our company. The Senior Accountant will manage client relationships, provide accounting advice, and ensure financial compliance. This position requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive accounting advice and services to clients, including tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping, and financial analysis.
• Manage client relationships, including communication, documentation, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate and manage the preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Oversee the timely payment of taxes, Federal and State, and handle IRS Notices.
• Prepare and review complex tax projections for current and future tax liabilities of individuals and corporations.
• Prepare financial statements, sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, year-end W-2 and 1099’s.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to clients.

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• CPA or CPA eligible (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• QuickBooks Online experience.
• Excel proficiency.
• 5+ years of accounting experience (Required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
